The IDW100E60 is a fast switching Emitter Controlled Diode features fast recovery, soft switching, low reverse recovery charge and low forward voltage. The diode has excellent EMI behaviour and low conduction losses. The entire family has been qualified with a Tj(max) of 175°C and are qualified according to JEDEC standards for target applications.
